Over the course of two decades, PAE has designed and manufactured a wide range of INVERTERS to cover all motor control needs.

    • The subdivision of the series is based on the power, from the 2,20KW single-phase mini- inverter up to the larger 90KW ones.

A complete range of three-phase inverters Equipped with specific programs to activate all the movements of the lifting equipment. The PAE inverters can be configured with specific programmable parameters that allow you to calibrate the operation specifically for each application requirement.

The BIS INVERTERS contain two individual appliances in a single stainless-steel box. The power stage is unique. In this way the dimensions are more compact than two single devices. Furthermore, the two INVERTER stages communicate with each other, which is useful in some special functions.

Tris Inverter

Three INVERTERS compacted in a single container. In a similar way to the BIS, in this case there are three INVERTERS compacted in a single container, still sharing the power supply stage. The result is a device of reduced dimensions compared to three single devices.

Black Box

BLACK BOXES are special electronic devices. Their denomination comes from the aeronautical field where the need arises to have an independent system, which records all the operating conditions of the aircraft. It must be able to withstand adverse conditions or an accident, without being damaged. As far as cranes are concerned, in addition to the data recording function, it is capable of carrying out specific safety functions, with the exclusion of maneuvers if these lead to dangerous situations.

Anti-collision and anti-interference

The ANTI-COLLISION systems allow you to operate in the presence of obstacles or prohibited areas within the working area of a crane. By building or surveying an “obstacle map”, memorized in the electronic control system, the prohibited areas are automatically excluded from access by the crane. In this way it is possible to add a level of security to the management of the crane operator. Similarly, an ANTI-INTERFERENCE system is enabled when two or more cranes have to operate in the same work area more or less partially. In this case, radio modems (NCT400) must be installed to allow communication between the interfering cranes. The ANTI INTERFERENCE system is a further level of safety for the management of the crane operator, in order to avoid clashes between interfering cranes, optimizing working time.

Display system

The displays have the only function of remoting the indications present on the BLACK BOX or INVERTER display (generally quite large). They are normally connected via serial cable with RS232 or RS485 standard.

Load cells

The LOAD CELLS are available in 22mm, 35mm, 40mm and 50mm sizes equipped with cable and circular connector with standard lengths. It is also possible to supply special sizes such as 110mm and 160mm.

Accessory equipment

Produced directly by us PAE directly produces a series of accessory equipment always intended for applications on tower cranes or lifting machines in general. These include the light signals at height for particularly tall tower cranes. They are mandatory by law. Furthermore, PAE manufactures a vast series of special cables for on-board machine wiring intended for connection of its equipment.

Complete equipment

PAE designs and supplies complete electrical equipment for the automation of tower cranes. They are electrical panels complete with PAE equipment intended for application on newly manufactured cranes or for the “Revamping” of existing cranes. Put us to the test, let us know your needs!
