Display system

NCT258DD, is a 4-line LCD display, complete with clock and SD-CARD memory, which can be combined with our intelligent Inverters and with devices called “Black Box” such as NCT257DD.
It can be placed both inside the cab of a crane and on the door of the equipment (provided it has a transparent window) to allow the operator to read the weight, maximum load, outreach, height, wind speed, rotation angle etc. It is not an autonomous unit: to work it must necessarily be connected to an inverter or other device that transmits the data to be displayed via an RS232 serial port.
It comes in an elegant adjustable cabinet that allows for the best visibility in any working condition. It has a large backlit 4×20 character display and a sixteen-key keyboard used for settings. It also has five relay outputs which can be activated by the control unit (Inverter) and which are normally used to drive a light column according to the load curve (GREEN light = load less than 90% of the maximum load, YELLOW light = load between 90% and 100% of the Maximum load, RED light = load greater than 100% of the Maximum permitted load) or for other particular functions.
