The NCT350-320N series includes a wide range of inverters with specific programs for the handling of cranes, bridge cranes and industrial lifts. They differ from each other only and exclusively for the mechanical dimensions and the maximum current that can be supplied at the output, keeping all the remaining characteristics identical with respect to each other.
The main features of the inverters of this series are:
- Essentiality of all the functions specifically designed with a view to lifting equipment and construction cranes.
- Simplification of the electrical panel since the commands can arrive directly from the joystick or from the 48 V ac push-button panel without the need for auxiliary relays.
- Calibrations reduced to the bare minimum that can also be performed by non highly qualified personnel using the four buttons on the CPU board of each inverter.
- Diagnostics on 16×2 LCD display for identifying any causes of alarm.
- Automatic limitation of the output current and protection against short circuits.
- Operation guaranteed with ambient temperatures between -10 °C and +60°C.
- Very wide tolerance on supply voltage and automatic speed reduction in case of exceptionally low supply voltage.
- Possibility of combined operation with encoder, load cell, anemometer, etc.
- Specific programs for rotation, trolley, lifting, translation, etc.
- Possibility of operation at three or five speeds indifferently.
- Automatic implementation in lifting programs of the “assembly” function.
- Automatic implementation in hoisting programs of the “brake contactor safety” function.
