The P.A.E. s.r.l. is an electronic company based in San Benedetto del Querceto in the province of Bologna that designs and manufactures a varied range of drives for motors and various accessories aimed in particular at the movement of cranes, bridge-cranes and lifting equipment in general.
Its origins date back over forty years ago when the current sole director, Luigi Incutto, began operating in the construction crane sector as a COMPANY INCUTTO, based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO), dedicating itself, among other of spare parts.
In the 80s the first SCR electronic drives began to be created which gradually became real workhorses while at the end of the 90s, after the transfer to the current headquarters in San Benedetto del Querceto and the transformation into an S.R.L., inverters began to be designed.
Electronic products for lifting equipment
Currently the P.A.E. has a range of electronic products capable of covering practically 100% of the needs of anyone who builds lifting equipment.
In the field of motor drives, we start from the simple voltage divider to get to the most modern frequency converters (inverters) available both in single version and in bis or tris version, all equipped with specific programs for rotation, carriage, lifting, etc.
For the rotations of large cranes, the dynamic brake is available, a unique system designed by PAE which, combined with an inverter, makes it possible to obtain effective control even in particularly heavy movement conditions.
Laboratory
The P.A.E. they are produced following a strict construction protocol. The electronic boards are produced by specialized external companies. The final assembly and testing are concluded in its own laboratories on site. Maintaining a well-stocked component warehouse allows the availability of all products even in critical market conditions.
Accessories and Kits
In the field of accessories, load cells, displays of various kinds, load limiters with three or five programmable thresholds, anti-collision systems and much more are available.
We can also supply the complete KIT for crane handling, i.e. motors, reducers and winches plus the pre-wired electrical panel including programmed inverters both in the complete version for new cranes and in the single inverter version for crane modifications existing.
