The VISION PAE system can be installed as standard on newly manufactured cranes, or it can be easily and quickly installed on existing cranes. Wherever there is a need to increase cargo visibility. It consists of a camera and a monitor for viewing images.
The video connection between camera and monitor consists of a combination of a radio transmitter and a corresponding radio receiver.
The whole system works with the use of 18V rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs. The battery packs are equipped with a MAKITA standard quick coupling. The universal battery charger can be supplied with the system.
The locker and camera block is fixed to the crane block. The camera must be fixed centered with the hook in the part closest to it. The locker is equipped with four magnets and a safety chain and can also be fixed on the block.
The radio transmitter for the video connection is housed inside the cabinet, with the rod antenna located on the outside on the lower base. There is also the battery holder equipped with quick coupling and ignition switch.
The camera is fixed with a mechanical pendulum system capable of maintaining perfect verticality even in the presence of block oscillations.
The structure of the receiving part can be partially customized according to the customer’s needs. A seven-inch color monitor is always present, a ten-inch color monitor can optionally be supplied. In addition, a radio receiver module with rubber rod antenna and plug-in battery holder. The PAE vision system has unique characteristics of flexibility and speed of installation.
It easily adapts to the operational needs of the crane operator and the construction site.
It does not need further operations such as zoom as, being hooked to the block, it is always perfectly centered and close to the hook point.
It is battery powered, so it does not require power cables or interventions on the crane’s electrical system.
It can be easily installed on both new and existing cranes.
The batteries are commercial standard (MAKITA).
It has a radio operating range of up to 300 meters in open air (free of obstacles).
