The NCT257DD controller is the first generation BLCK BOX. The NCT257DD device is a multifunctional device capable of continuously monitoring the signals coming from various sensors placed on a crane or a generic lifter, for example:<\/p>\n

  • Weight load cell<\/li>\n
  • Moment load cell<\/li>\n
  • Potentiometer for trolley position detection<\/li>\n
  • Potentiometer for hook height detection<\/li>\n
  • Potentiometer for traversing position sensing<\/li>\n
  • Potentiometer for rotation detection<\/li>\n
  • Anemometer with heater for wind measurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    It can also combine these various signals together (for example weight and outreach) in order to control the safety of the crane according to the load curve supplied by the Manufacturer and in this case, since the curve itself varies according to the assembly configuration such as arm length and draft in II or IV, it can memorize up to eighteen different curves for each crane divided into nine with draft in II and nine with draft in IV.
    \nThe NCT257DD records on an internal non-volatile memory the alarm situations that occur during operation and other operating parameters that can allow the reconstruction of the work cycles to which the machine in question has been subjected.<\/p>\n

    The versatility of the NCT257DD is such that it can be used indifferently as:<\/p>\n

    • Viewer and excluder of various quantities such as weight, outreach, height, wind, and others.<\/li>\n

      The device consists of a central unit in a stainless-steel box, equipped with a display and keyboard. It is internally equipped with a clock-calendar and a non-volatile event memory.
      \nThe NCT257DD is equipped overall with:<\/p>\n
